SNOWY OWL @ Tompkins Regional Airport. Only visible from Snyder Rd (back side of Airport). In snowy ditch next to short red-and-white pole with two red marker lights on top. Light gray barring on this bird. Not as dark (nor as drenched) looking as the Freeville bird which I just saw 25 mins ago. This location is just ESE of the sombrero-looking white building on the NE part of the back airport fields. Snowy ditch is near corner of chain-linked fence. Do not walk out into adjacent field, please, as I think that is off limits. -- Chris T-H
