Hi All,
Linda Clougherty and I went birding at Gutchess Preserve and North Park
Preserve.

We could find no paths at Gutchess. Looks like I have to go there with
someone who actually can find the trails. We saw or heard Song and Swamp
Sparrow, Bobolinks, Eastern Meadowlark, Killdeer, Spotted Sandpiper,
American Kestrel, Blackbird species and Robin.

At North Park Preserve, in the parking lot we saw Cedar Waxwings,
Rose-breasted Grosbeak, and Eastern Kingbird. Walking the boardwalk, we saw
Black-billed Cuckoo, Green Heron, Swamp and Song Sparrow, Dark-eyed Junco,
2 Alder Flycatchers, House and Goldfinch. We didn't go too far in on the
trail, but we did hear an Ovenbird.
Good Birding,
Ann
