Hi all, There were some new arrivals at Sapsucker Woods this morning, the most notable being: OVENBIRD singing along the west side of Sapsucker Woods Road, a BLUE-HEADED VIREO singing in the same location, GRAY CATBIRD on the Wilson Trail North, COMMON YELLOWTHROAT singing along the powerline cut near the Fuller Wetlands, YELLOW WARBLER near the eastern powerline cut, several singing EASTERN TOWHEES and HOUSE WRENS, and , although not a new arrival, I heard the winnowing of a WILSON'S SNIPE near the entrance to the Visitor's Lot.
