I've been watching the sky from our south facing deck from 8:30 til 1 today and have seen the massive goose flight but ZERO raptors (except for our local Redtailed Hawk pair). We are southeast of the lake and this is often the case. Many more raptors visible from closer to the lake. I have not given up on an eagle yet for today.
