Just got a call from Andrew Van Norstrand and he described a bird that
sounds spot on for female Tufted Duck in Oswego. He was viewing the
bird from the bluff above Wright's Landing on the west side of the
river.

Also, Wayne Fidler posted some photos of a bird that looks good for a
Redhead x Ring-necked hybrid from the same area, so anyone looking for the
Tufted should keep and eye out for that bird and try to get more photos.
