I heard (but didn't see) a Red Crossbill flying over lower Sapsucker Woods Road this morning.
There also was a single Caspian Tern flying north directly up Sapsucker Woods Road, then veering off to the west on the upper part of the road, at around 08:35. Was anyone watching from the Lab - did it make a pass over the pond? tss -- Thomas S.
