A pair of Ravens nests yearly on my hillside overlooking West Danby. Other
Ravens nest directly across the valley, and still others farther east in the
Danby State Forest, as well as off to the west in the Newfield State Forest.
We're solidly in the forested "emerald necklace" here, and I would think there
must be at least one pair for each ten-square-mile block of appropriate habitat.
