Brad Walker, Livia Santana, Matt Medler, Emma Grieg, and I had a COMMON
NIGHTHAWK at Stewart Park last night around dusk (8:20?). Brad first
spotted it over Jetty Woods, and it eventually flew right over our heads on
the shore of Stewart Park and headed up towards Ithaca Heights.

This morning I drove around the Ithaca Airport. Nothing too exciting, but
lots of the expected species, including NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH, BLUE-WINGED
WARBLER, BLACKPOLL WARBLER, TENNESSEE WARBLER, ALDER FLYCATCHER, WILLOW
FLYCATCHER, EASTERN TOWHEE, EASTERN MEADOWLARK, SAVANNAH SPARROW, and FIELD
SPARROW.

Here at Sapsucker Woods, I just saw and heard a singing WILLOW FLYCATCHER
near the platform at the Fuller Wetlands north of the building.

Cheers,
-Jay
