One of my deal sites just alerted me that for a short (indeterminate) time, both the Apple iTunes Store and the Android (Amazon AppStore) have the Audubon Birds app for $1 instead of $20. I have not used it yet, but for $1 will get it. It claims to have an eBird tie-in. Maybe someone can elaborate on that.
