Hi All,
I'm teaching an Introductory Ornithology course at SU, and am looking for good locations to take my class on a field trip for owls in the area. Does anyone have ideas or reliable spots to take a group looking for owls? Any species is great, but I'd especially love to have a reliable spot for Barred Owls, to give the class the "maniac laughing in the woods at night" experience. :) I'd also love to show them Whippoorwill, if anyone has a good location for them! Thanks in advance, I've followed the postings on Cayuga birds and enjoyed them for some time.
