Seems like that Rough-legged is using that row of conifers as a regular perch - one was there yesterday too. Yesterday, I estimated there were at least 3 maybe more Rough-leggeds at the airport - one dark-morph and possibly 2 light morphs. Trying to photograph them in flight. There was also a female-plumage Northern Harrier feeding on something very close to the road at one point. It's a good place to watch these raptors.
