The latitudinal breadth of northerly wind tonight along with low cloud ceiling in our region could lead to aggregation phenomenon of nocturnally migrating songbirds around bright light sources (e.g., cornell stadium, tompkins cayuga medical center, etc.), and disoriented birds calling alot trying to navigate in the chaos and figure out which way to go. I'd appreciate any reports.
