We have many White-crowned sparrows this morning along with the White-throated
and
Songs. Also banded the first Winter Wren of the season. There's been a major
irruption of Saw-whet Owls reported from Canada and MN so we plan to try our
luck
the next few evenings.

Kevin, the best spots last Sat were at the towpath early and then May's point
all
day. New shorebird area was dead.
