There were comments on the news article about the photo, and I can't be sure
it is a phot of the actual sighted bird. I perused the web and come up with
another pic on a different site:

The background with lichen-covered branches to me makes it likely this
photos are of the same bird - so perhaps it is the one all the noise is
about. I agree that is is likely not a YB. Still, any Emp. would be pretty
unusual, no?
