Trail 1 in Hammond Hill was relatively quiet this morning (at least if a forest teeming with Ovenbirds and Common Yellowthroats can be called quiet), but I found some really nice birds. Most impressive were the 4 CAPE MAY WARBLERS (including one right at the Hammond Hill Rd. parking area), one CANADA WARBLER, and one singing MOURNING WARBLER.
