Around noon today a RED-SHOULDERED HAWK was flying around and calling in the Lansing portion of Sapsucker Woods. Other birds: PILEATED WOODPECKER, BROWN-HEADED COWBIRD, etc.
A little six-point buck WHITE-TAILED DEER was chasing a doe back and forth across Brown Rd. just across Rt. 13.
