I just looked at my few pictures of this bird and I don't know if  
the leg bands are higher, but on this particular shot, I don't see a  
band. The pictures were from Feb. 2008.

   I wonder if the one found,  could be an offspring. I suppose if  
it's banded,  we'll out.  diana
