Ok, so I've taken a peek at this. It seems like it's more than adding an
option to catalyst.pl. The Helper files as well as the
auto/share/dist/Catalyst-Devel/lib/MyApp.pm.tt have the license hard coded.
This is going to be more difficult than I imagined. I'll put it on my
development list.
