Hi - I've observed that the published poms from the `java-cas-client`
project don't include the `license` field.
That is: https://maven.apache.org/pom.html#Licenses

This can create uncertainty for consumers of the published artifacts; it
would be nice to add that metadata to the pom(s).

On a related note, I'm no lawyer, but the LICENSE file in the relevant repo
looks to *intend* to be the Apache-2.0 License, but the file itself is
modified quite a bit, such that GitHub no longer actually recognizes it as
the Apache license in its UI.

Compare:
https://github.com/apereo/java-cas-client/blob/master/LICENSE
https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt

I wonder if those ought to be updated?
Thanks!
Nick
