We have integrated a ReactUI / Express based app with CAS (which inturn uses SAML Idp connector). Our Java based apps also uses similar approach and uses the CAS Java client to integrate with CAS+SAML Idp.
In Java, we were able to edit the cas.properties to cascade the userId and user attributes configured in the SAML server via the User Principal. However, in the node-cas-client, we are able to retrieve only the userId and unable to retrieve other user attributes.
