Query Ldap for groups by uid only returns first group instead of list of
groups.
cas.authn.attributeRepository.ldap[0].searchFilter=(uniqueMember=uid={uid},ou=people,dc=www,dc=kansas)
cas.authn.attributeRepository.ldap[1].attributes.cn=authorities
