Where is the proper place to get notifications for new CAS releases and security announcements? I haven't seen anything from cas-announce <https://groups.google.com/a/apereo.org/g/cas-announce> since 10/28/19 or cas-appsec-public <https://groups.google.com/a/apereo.org/g/cas-appsec-public> since 08/28/18.
