Hi Nicola, I have tried using CAS 6.1.1 and CAS Management 6.1.0-RC4 in my testing environment, and there are no problem observed during CAS Management start up.
I suspect it is some problem related to configuration for JBoss, which I am not familiar with so maybe other can fill it in.
