I looks like it is in packports, 
https://packages.debian.org/jessie-backports/openjdk-8-jdk. You may have to 
enable it in sources.list, https://wiki.debian.org/SourcesList.
Debian 8 is now obsolete, https://www.debian.org/releases/. Could you update to 
Debian 9?
