Hi, The fist step I would take is to look at the logs. So: docker logs c01c55d5b7ab and docker logs 533144080d80
Also, it sounds like your running these straight from docker hub. Have you tried: https://github.com/apereo/cas-webapp-docker as a starting point on your host machine?
