Hi, As requested, please find enclosed the error log files and would be grateful to hear from you all on the possible solution.
I have made some more modifications subsequent to Simple Invoice and Chart
modifications. These include accident register, OT list, a file attachment
facility for discharge summary, some enhancements to medical prescriptions,
etc. If i get to make this final version (recently released RC5) work, i intent
synchronising the modifications into this final release and submit the same to
you all like last time. Hence requesting your help in making this version work.
