Hello Baldeo, Check also our East African version at health.elct.org/care2x. It is as free and open as the original version. But from your description I can see that there are some differences in the workflow in both of these versions. If you want to customize to your requirements then you should have people who can do it. Our workflow is such that laboratory and pharmacy and other services are linked to billing module so that when ever request is made it will be seen in billing. Also our diagnostis module is different from the original one. You can make customized common lists of diagnosis for faster selection.
