Title:
  cve-2018-5803 kernel panic

Bug description:
  For focal:linux-gcp-fips 5.4.0-1144.153+fips1 in cycle 2025.02.10 the
  ubuntu_ltp_cve test cve-2018-5803 failed and caused a sut-test and
  sut-scan revealing a kernel paninc.

In the log for cve-2018-5803 line 200475 says 'system python is too
old, crash handling disabled'after the test waits 1800 seconds for a
process. This causes a sut-test failure that warns of a potential
panic/hang/reboot. This is confirmed in sut-scan that found a kernel
panic: 'Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal exception'. This changed the
status to UNSTABLE and the ubuntu_ltp_cve test stopped.
