Title: timers:inconsistency-check from ubuntu_kernel_selftests flaky on AWS / Azure cloud Status in ubuntu-kernel-tests: New Bug description: Back in s2023.10.30 and 2024.01.08 I noticed that we're having some timers:inconsistency-check failure in ubuntu_kernel_selftests with AWS / Azure cloud instances (M-aws a1.medium, c3.xlarge, c5n.large. L-azure Standard_A2_v2, Standard_D4_v4. J-azure Standard_D4_v4, Standard_D4s_v3-gen2) It appears to be flaky, retest can make them pass. The 6th (CLOCK_REALTIME_COARSE) or the 7th (CLOCK_MONOTONIC_COARSE) test case will fail with small delta.
