It looks like it needs to be adapted to work with the Python version used on Noble, otherwise there are warnings and errors that prevent the test from running, such as: AttributeError: module 'platform' has no attribute 'dist' It is likely that more things need to be tweaked to make this test work. This was found in the 6.8.0-31.31+fips3 version, during the d2024.02.29 cycle in all supported architectures.
