  utils_testsuite fails with test-mount.py in ubuntu_qrt_apparmor on
  N-oem-6.8

Bug description:
  The test complains about the following issues on linux-oem-6.8
  6.8.0-1007.7.

  Both ApparmorTestsuites.test_utils_testsuite and
  ApparmorTestsuites.test_utils_testsuite3 failed with:
