session from request.cgi isn't shared with browse.cgi - so adding the button to 
the navbar isn't easy right now.

We need to add the secret key setup (and session from flask) to browse.cgi - 
then users logged in via request.cgi will have their session saved in 
browse.cgi, and the navbar section will be easier to implement.
