I saw the following an apache2 error log for an autuopkgtest-web unit:

10.15.102.10:50250] AH01215: ERROR:root:Request failed with
400: Package pgpcre does not have any test results:
/var/lib/juju/agents/unit-autopkgtest-web-3/charm/webcontrol/request.cgi
However, there are in fact results for pgpcre,
https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/packages/pgpcre, just not for s390x.
The error message would be more helpful if we knew for what architecture and
release the package does not have results.
