Hello Po-Hsu, or anyone else affected, Accepted lxc into bionic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxc/3.0.3-0ubuntu1~18.04.3 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
