Using nvidia 9800GT, setting EnableLinuxHWVideoDecode = 1 in /etc/adobe/mms.cfg solved the problem. Using driver 295.33-0ubuntu1~oneiric~xup1 haven't tested back with 280.13-0ubuntu6.
