New question #819025 on Ubuntu-Certification:
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu-certification/+question/819025

0bda:c829 is all around bad wifi chip. With both preinstalled and alternative
drivers, it loses connections and sometimes even hangs the system. I am very
surprised and disappointed that a device with a wifi chip known to behave badly
on Linux was certified; I no longer have faith in your "certifications". If you
somehow possess a driver that works fine for this chip, that would be great,
but I have no hope.

Best wishes,
Vadim Evard
