Rhubarb Streusel Coffee Cake

Ingredients
  a.. 1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
  b.. 1/2 cup shortening
  c.. 1 egg
  d.. 2 cups all-purpose flour
  e.. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  f.. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  g.. 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
  h.. 1-1/2 cups chopped rhubarb
  i.. TOPPING:
  j.. 1/4 cup sugar
  k.. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  l.. 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  m.. 1 tablespoon butter
  n.. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  a.. In a bowl, cream sugar and shortening. Add egg. Combine flour, baking 
soda and salt; add alternately with the sour cream to the creamed mixture. Fold 
in rhubarb. Spread in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Combine all topping 
ingredients; sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes. Cool on wire 
racks. Yield: about 12 servings.

saturated fat), 34 mg cholesterol, 242 mg sodium, 54 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber,
