Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Cook Time: 0 min
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
5 tablespoons butter or 5 tablespoons margarine
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 -Put first three ingredients in a sauce pan.
2 -Bring to a boil, while stirring constantly.
3 -Remove from heat and add chips.
4 -With a wire whip beat until creamy and cooled.
5 -Add chopped pecans if desired.
