Parfait
Ingredients
Half a custard apple
Thick custard
Fresh pineapple, chopped
Whipped cream
Flaked almonds or chopped macadamia nuts
Slice kiwifruit to decorate
Method
In a tall (or parfait) glass layer the custard apple, pour some custard,
then a layer of pineapple,and so on until you reach the top.
Place a dollop of whipped cream on top, sprinkle the nuts over and add a
slice of kiwifruit.
