BUTTERNUT CAKE
2 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine
3 c. plain flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 tbsp. butternut flavoring
Throw together, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add salt and soda to
buttermilk and stir until foamy. Pour with butter; add eggs one at a time, add
flavoring. Put in 3 pre-greased and pre-floured pans in preheated oven at 325
degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes.
