I made this cake a few days ago. I used
my bundt cake pan so I only frosted it
with a glaze.
Tomato soup Spice cake
prep time: 10 mins.
cook time: 35 mins
1 pack. (about 18 0z.) spice cake mix
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
preheat oven 350 F.
spray bundt pan with bakers
joy
Mix cake mix, soup, water and
eggs according to package
directions.
Pour into pan.
Bake 30 minutes.
cool 10 mins.
Remove from pan and frost.
Serves 12
glaze
4 oz. cinnamon brown sugar cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
and just enough apple juice to stir it together
