Rhubarb Custard Cake

Simple and simply delicious! If you love Rhubarb Custard pie, you will 
love this cake!

Ingredients
1 yellow cake mix (not the pudding kind)
3 cups of chopped fresh rhubarb
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 pint of heavy whipping cream

Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to the 
directions on the box. Pour into an un-greased 13x9 cake pan. Sprinkle 
the chopped rhubarb evenly over the top of the cake mix. Sprinkle the 
granulated sugar over the rhubarb evenly as well. Slowly pour the heavy 
whipping cream over the entire top. Place in oven and bake until the 
cake tests done. Best served cooled.
