Golden Pound Cake Recipe

Moist, refreshing and lemon-flavored, 
this sunshiny Bundt cake just couldn't 
be much quicker to put together! It's 
a summer favorite & you can substitute 
orange cake mix and a can of orange 
Crush soda for a flavorful variation.


Golden Pound Cake 

 12 Servings

  * Prep: 10 min. 
    Bake: 45 min. + cooling




    Ingredients

  * 1 package /(18-1/4 ounces) lemon cake mix/
  * 1 package /(3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix/
  * /4 eggs/
  * 3/4 cup /canola oil/
  * 1 can /(12 ounces) Mountain Dew/
  * /Confectioners' sugar, optional/


    Directions

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, 
pudding mix, eggs, oil and soda; beat 
on low speed for 30 seconds. 

Beat on medium for 2 minutes.

Pour into a greased and floured 
10-in. fluted tube pan. 

Bake at 350° F for 45-50 minutes or 
until a toothpick inserted near the 
center comes out clean. 

Cool for 10 minutes before removing 
from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. 

Dust with confectioners' sugar if desired.
