I have a friend with
congestive heart failure
and has requested a
cake. She requested
a regular layer cake with caramel filling and white chocolate
butter cream frosting.
If anyone can help me
out with such a recipe,
I would really be very
grateful. I am afraid
that these flavors would
not taste very good
together.
