Apple Raisin Custard Pie
1 stick melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 pie crust, unbaked
2 cups chopped apples
1 cup raisins
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Sift together sugar, flour, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
Mix in melted butter. Then, stir in the 2 slightly beaten eggs
Pour into unbaked pie shell and top with raisins and chopped apples.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
