Cake
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 cup unsalted peanuts finely chopped
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs

Topping
1 can Vanilla Frosting
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup roasted peanuts coarsely chopped
1  Butterfinger candy bar coarsely chopped
1/3 cup candy corn coarsely chopped

Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 13x9 pan. In a large bowl, combine 
all cake ingredients. Beat on low speed until moistened, then 2 
minutes on high speed. Pour into pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or 
until toothpick comes clean. Cool

in another bowl, mix frosting and peanut butter until smooth. Spread 
evenly over cake. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped peanuts and candy 
bar. arrange candy corn on cake.
12 to 16 servings

Note* High above 3500 feet: Add 1/3 cup flour to dry cake mix: 
increase water to 1 cup plus 2 tbsp. bake as directed.
