1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp ground cinnamon

filling

3 pkgs creamcheese, softened
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsps all-purpose flour

  Preheat the oven to 400F. Butter a 10-inch springform pan. Mix the 
crumbs, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon in a bowl. Press in to the 
bottom and partway up the sides of the prepared pan. Bake for 8-10 
mins, or until lightly browned. Cool the crust completely in the 
pan. 
Filling : Beat the creamcheese, sugar, vanilla in a bowl with an 
electric mixer at medim speed until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, 
until just blended after each addition. With mixer at low speed, add 
the cream and flour. Spoon the filling in to the crust. Bake for 10 
mins, then lower the oven to 200F and bake for 50-60 mins more or 
until set. Cool the cake in the pan. Refrigerate for 6 hrs.
