Pecan Whipped Cream Cake

4 eggs
2 cups sifted flour
2 cups sugar
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 cup heavy cream (whip cream and set aside)
1 t. vanilla
1/2 cup pecans ground fine

Beat eggs until foamy, add sugar, then add flour (mixed with baking powder 
and salt) to egg mixture.  Fold in whipped cream, pecans and vanilla.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour in greased tube pan.

Cool for 15 minutes. Then remove from pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
