Angel Food Cake
Serves 12 to 16
1 box angel food cake mix
1 20-ounce can of crushed pineapple with juice
Rind from one large orange
Cook's note: For an added twist before serving, stir together one 14-ounce
can of crushed pineapple with juice with orange rind from large orange, heat
in microwave until warm. Pour over cooled angel food cake.
Preparation of cake: Mix box cake mix with the 20-ounce can of pineapple and
juice. Put in ungreased 9-by-11-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45
minutes.
