Chocolate Waffle Cookies With Ice Cream
You will need:
9 Tbsp. Cocoa
1 cup + 3 Tbsp. butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Blend butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add cocoa,
salt and flour. Stir. Drop by Tbsp. on a hot waffle iron and cook 1
minute.
These are a fun treat your family will love. Eat plain or make them
into an ice cream sandwich. Enjoy!
